refunds and replacements are allowed if a product arrives faulty or damaged and as long as there's a picture of what's wrong. please contact me ASAP if there are any damages or misprints.
4. do you include tracking?
most orders have tracking. please check your spam if you don't see an email for it.
5. when do orders get shipped out?
it takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination as product is made on demand.

yes, if any VAT import taxes/charges occur, i cannot be held liable for any additional fees.
